How do I order delivery?

Use the Delivery Check and enter your postcode.

If we deliver to you, choose your delivery time slot and add it to your basket.

The £2.95 delivery charge will be added when you add your delivery slot.

How do I know if you deliver to me?
Use the Delivery Check before ordering.
We deliver within approximately a 2-mile radius of The Pan Yard, 7 Mercer Row, Louth (LN11 9JG).
If the checker says we do not deliver to your postcode, please do not place an order. Orders outside our delivery area will be cancelled.
What is the delivery charge?
Delivery is £2.95.
This is added to your basket when you select your delivery time slot.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum delivery order is £9.
What address should I use?
Please make sure the address entered is the exact address you want your food delivered to.
Please check this carefully before placing your order.
Can I change my order after paying?
Please check your order carefully before completing payment.
Once your order has been placed, please do not message asking for changes or additions. During our delivery trial we will be working to a tight schedule and may not have time to make changes once orders are being prepared.

Can I order by phone or walk in?
No. Delivery orders must be placed online and paid for online.
Will there be delays?
This is our first delivery trial while we work towards getting our full delivery system up and running.
Our driver will be doing their best with the temporary setup, so please be patient and respectful while we test and improve the service. He will get your order to you as close to your chosen time as possible.
Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by Mark, who will be working hard to get your food to you.
As this is our first delivery trial and Mark is working with a temporary setup while we get everything up and running, we kindly ask customers to be patient and respectful.
