Q: How do I avoid mistakes when ordering?
A: Please read all information provided on the website, including product descriptions and instructions, before placing your order.
Q: How many pizzas can I order at once?
A: A maximum of 2 pizzas per order is allowed for home takeaway.
Q: How do I choose my collection time?
A: Please add a time slot to your basket before checking out. Time slots work just like a product — simply add your preferred slot to your basket along with your food items. Orders placed without a time slot will usually be cancelled. If a slot is unavailable, it will show as sold out.
Q: Can I book a time slot without placing an order?
A: No. Time slots cannot be reserved without a food order. Any time slot booked without an order will be cancelled.
Q: Is this delivery or collection?
A: We are collection only. Please make sure you can arrive at your chosen time slot and allow extra time for traffic or delays.
Q: What happens if I miss my collection time?
A: Please try to arrive at your selected time slot. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee your order will still be hot we cant keep orders warm they need to be going straight out.
Q: I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
A: All orders receive a confirmation email. Please check your Spam or Junk folders if it hasn’t appeared. Your confirmation email will also include the full collection address.
Q: Where is the collection point?
A: The full collection address will be provided in your confirmation email. The postcode is LN11 8EJ.
Q: What is the Detroit Square / Detroit Share?
A: The Detroit Square is a 7×7 inch pizza, and the Detroit Share is a 9×13 inch pizza.
Q: I can’t see any specials on the menu — do you have any?
A: Our specials run monthly so everyone has the chance to try them, rather than only being available for a single week.
Q: Why is your menu so small?
A: We focus on doing a small number of things really well. Quality always comes first.
Q: Will the menu get bigger?
A: No. We may add more sides or extras over time, but the core menu will remain small.
Q: Why keep the menu small?
A: A smaller menu allows us to focus on quality and consistency rather than becoming just another large takeaway menu.
Q: Do I have to leave a review?
A: No, reviews are completely optional. However, they are always greatly appreciated and help support our small business.
Q: Do I need to enter my email address to leave a review?
A: Yes, an email address is required to submit a review for verification purposes. Your email will not be displayed publicly.
