Right, we’ve been trying to get delivery up and running for a while now…
And we’re finally getting somewhere.
The ordering system is ready, we’re set up on Louth to Mouth, the delivery slots are there and we’re ready to start getting Pan Yard pizzas out into Louth.
We just need a driver
It’s been a bit of a struggle getting everything in place, but we’re determined to make it happen.
So, we’re looking for a self-employed driver, mainly Thursday to Sunday evenings.
We’ve got 10 delivery slots per night, with the potential for 2 orders going out in each slot.
The driver gets £3 per delivery, so:
1 delivery = £3
10 deliveries = £30
20 deliveries = £60
If all 20 possible deliveries were filled, that’s £60 for the evening.
Across Thursday to Sunday, that’s £240 for the four evenings.
Obviously, that’s the maximum based on every delivery being filled, but the more delivery orders we get, the more there is to earn.
You’d need your own car, the correct food delivery insurance, a full driving licence and a good knowledge of Louth.
As you’d be self-employed, you’d also be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
Now, we’re not going to stand here pretending we’re some big fancy operation.
We’re The Pan Yard.
We’re still learning, still figuring things out and, more often than not, winging it as we go.
But we’re having a bloody good go at it.
We work hard, we have a laugh and we’re trying to build something we’re really proud of.
So if you’re expecting lardy-dah, polished, corporate perfection…
we’re probably not your people.
If you’re happy to jump in, have a laugh and wing it with us…
you might be exactly who we need.
Because while we’re in here making the pizzas, there are customers sitting at home who’d love to see a Pan Yard pizza turn up at their door.
And after all the effort we’ve put into getting to this point, we’d really love to get this part going.
So if you’re that person…
Come and rescue us. 🍕 Just send your interest to the email below.
And if you know someone who might fancy it, send this their way.
